This cauliflower casserole is a side dish that is worthy-of-company, so delicious and easy to put together. And what could be better than a healthy dish that is impressively tasty, super easy to make, and spends its final minutes baking in the oven, while the busy hostess is attending to other preparations? Works for me, and definitely worth giving this recipe a try!
