Six-Cup Ambrosia Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup miniture marshmallows
1 cup pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup fresh blueberries, optional
1 cup sour cream
1 cup coconut, optional
1 cup maraschino cherry halves
12 - 15 whole maraschino cherries, optional
Method:
In a 2-quart container, gently mix all ingredients together, chill 12 - 24 hours.
Spoon into dessert dishes or on fresh dry lettuce leaves.
